Ceará state water company Cagece and Belo Horizonte-based renewable energy company Omega Geração have both said they plan to sell debentures in the local market to raise money to fund ongoing projects and pay off debt.
Cagece said Monday that it will issue BRL776 million ($132 million) worth of debentures in a two-part deal with BRL260 million in five-year notes and BRL516 million in eight-year notes.
