Mexican real estate investment trust (REIT) Fibra Soma borrowed MXN4.25 billion ($200 million) in a syndicated loan from Santander and BBVA last month, days before it listed shares on the BIVA stock exchange.
Santander was the agent bank and contributed MXN2.83 billion to the three-year term loan, while BBVA put in MXN1.42 billion, according to a term sheet obtained by LatinFinance.
