Peruvian asset management company BD Capital said it plans to add $391 million to its money market fund BDC Money Market 2, according to a securities filing.
Lima-based BD Capital will sell shares in the fund to bring the total size to $500 million, it said in the filing on Thursday. It will offer three types of shares: senior shares in US dollars, senior shares in Peruvian soles and junior shares in US dollars, it added.
