Chilean power utility company Colbún said Tuesday that it has reached an agreement to sell 100% of its power transmission unit, Colbún Transmisión, for $1.3 billion to a group controlled by the Dutch pension fund APG, a latest high-priced deal in the power sector in South America. The buyer is Alfa Desarrollo, a consortium 80% owned by APG Energy and Infra Investments and 20% by Celeo Redes, a power transmission operator owned by Spanish construction company Elecnor Group, Colbún said in a press
