Brazilian food company M. Dias Branco said Monday that it issued BRL812 million ($141 million) in agribusiness receivables certificates, or CRAs, increasing the size of the deal to meet demand.
M. Dias Branco received BRL2.3 billion in orders in the two-part deal, 2.9 times the initial offer for BRL800 million, it said in a securities filing.
