Mexico's Grupo Bimbo said Friday that it will draw on a $2 billion line of credit to repurchase $600 million worth of 2022 bonds ahead of schedule, according to a securities filing.
"This operation sees to our permanent focus on optimizing our capital structure and we will continue to proactively seek opportunities in the future to maintain a strong balance sheet," Bimbo CFO Diego Gaxiola said in the filing.
