A group of creditors said Tuesday that they are suing Buenos Aires province for not making interest or principal payments on international bonds, a move that comes after more than a year of negotiations have failed to reach a restructuring deal.
The Ad Hoc Group of Buenos Aires Bondholders filed the claim in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, the group's steering committee said in a press release.
