Cosan puts priority on Raízen IPO

Brazilian sugar and ethanol company Cosan expects Raízen, its biofuels joint venture with Anglo-Dutch oil company Shell, to carry out an initial public offering (IPO) "within the next few months," followed by another attempt to list its energy subsidiary Compass, CFO Marcelo Martins said on Tuesday.
