Brazilian investment firm Vinci Partners could launch four more funds as early as this year after closing the first commitments for a BRL1 billion ($178 million) fund for the water and sewage sector, a source with knowledge of the firm told LatinFinance.
Rio de Janeiro-based Vinci is considering a new capital gains fund for the power sector, a transportation fund for toll roads, a general infrastructure fund for assets like ports and a telecommunications fund, the source said.
