Vicentín, one of the biggest agribusinesses in Argentina, said it is working on an offer to restructure more than $1.3 billion in debt after receiving a proposal from some of its creditors.
"The company is in the middle of the co-construction stage of an ambitious proposal that includes all creditors and can count on their majority approval," the company said in a statement late on Wednesday.
Vicentín did not provide details of the proposal.
