Argentina to meet with IMF on new program talks

Argentine Economy Minister Martín Guzmán plans to travel to Washington DC for talks with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on a new lending agreement, a key for restoring access to affordable financing for the country, provinces and companies. Guzmán is due to meet with IMF managing director Kristalina Georgieva and staff on March 23 and 24, IMF spokesperson Gerry Rice said in a press conference on Thursday.
