Argentine power generation companies Generación Mediterranea and Central Térmica Roca said they jointly sold $40 million in two series of two-year bonds in the local market to refinance short-term debts.
The new notes mature in March 2023, the companies said in a securities filing late Tuesday, longer than the old notes that mature as soon as this year.
