The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) said Friday that it had granted a $24.5 million loan to finance income assistance and food programs in Trinidad and Tobago, the day after it unveiled a $3.5 billion program for an economic recovery in the Caribbean in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
