The Bogotá city government plans to borrow up to $530 million in the local and international markets as part of its authorized financing program for the year, it said in a securities filing.
Secretaría Distrital de Hacienda (SDH), the city's finance department, is conducting the studies required to secure a guarantee from the World Bank's Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) for a $250 million loan from Spanish bank BBVA, the city said.
