Fifteen national and international bidders have expressed an interest in buying Rio de Janeiro's state water company Cedae, including Chinese companies and local investment funds, according to a report from Reuters. Three Chinese companies – Chinese China Gezhouba Group Corporation (CGGC), China Communications Construction Company (ACPC) and State Grid Corp of China – are interested in Cedae as are South Korea's GS Inima, Brazilian fund manager Vinci Partners and Canadian Pension Plan Investment
