Brazilian airline Azul could issue convertible bonds in the international market before the end of the year, following a private placement with US investors in November 2020, as it looks towards an eventual public debt offering in the local market, CFO Alex Malfitani told LatinFinance.
"We're a lot closer to doing an offshore issuance than I would have expected last year," Malfitani said in an interview on Tuesday.
