The Bogotá city government said Wednesday that it plans to sell at least COP800 billion ($223 million) worth of bonds in a four-part deal and raise money for the city's development plan, according to a securities filing.  The city added that it could increase the size of the deal to COP1 trillion to meet demand in a Dutch auction on Thursday. Bogotá will issue four- and 10-year bonds in pesos with interest rates based on the IPC consumer price index along with 15- and 25-year bonds in inflation-
