Banco AV Villas, one of six banks owned by Colombia's Grupo Aval, raised COP500 billion ($139 million) in a two-part bond sale in the local market on Tuesday, according to the Colombian stock exchange BVC.
The bank issued COP293 billion in three-year notes and COP207 billion in five-year notes in a Dutch auction, pricing the new 2024s at the IPC consumer price index plus 0.71% and the 2026s at the IPC plus 1.36%, according to the BVC.
