Mexican telecommunications company América Móvil offered on Tuesday €2.2 billion ($2.67 billion) worth of three-year, zero-coupon convertible notes through its subsidiary in the Netherlands, according to a securities filing.
The notes will not pay out interest, but will price between 105.75 and 107.75 of their face value and yield between 1.85% and 2.46%, América Móvil said.
