Vía 40 Express, a highway concessionaire owned by Vinci Highways and Conconcreto, has signed a COP700 billion ($195 million) loan to finance part of the Bogotá-Girardot toll road in Colombia, according to a securities filing. Three foreign banks – Crédit Agricole, Santander and MUFG – contributed equal amounts to the peso-denominated loan, Conconcreto said in the filing on Friday.
