Brazilian drug maker Laboratório Teuto Brasileiro, agribusiness 3Tentos Agroindustrial and private healthcare group Hospital Care Caledonia have registered to make initial public offerings (IPOs) after three other companies filed to make primary and secondary offerings earlier in the week. Two issuers – Teuto and 3Tentos – filed preliminary prospectuses on Friday, while Care Caledonia filed on Thursday, according to securities regulator CVM.
