Three more companies have filed for initial public offerings (IPOs) in Brazil, adding to a growing pipeline of issuers as February remains a busy month in the local stock market. Entalpia Participações, owner of the energy equipment manufacturer Unicoba, said it hired Bradesco BBI to lead an IPO with Bank of America, Morgan Stanley and XP Investimentos and added that it will set aside around one-third of the proceeds to pay off debt and use the rest for acquisitions and expansion plans.
