Colombian state-owned lending agency Findeter said Wednesday that it signed a $84.9 million loan from the German development bank KfW to finance water, wastewater and solid waste projects in the country's municipalities.
The financing will go to projects in Findeter's Municipal Environmental Protection Program, which is part of a COP1.5 trillion ($425 million) credit line to reactivate the economy during the COVID-19 pandemic. The program offers 10-year loans at the interbank lending rate plus 1
