Colombian telecommunications company UNE EPM Telecomunicaciones, known by the brand name Tigo, raised COP487 billion ($139 million) in a three-part debt sale in the local market on Tuesday, according to a securities filing. Medellín-based Tigo said it priced COP117 billion worth of seven-year bonds at a fixed rate of 5.56% in a Dutch auction after orders reached COP123 billion.
