Mexican natural gas company IEnova said Tuesday that it reached a deal to acquire full control of the Energía Sierra Juárez wind power project from UK investor Actis for roughly $83 million, including debt.
IEnova, a subsidiary of San Diego-based Sempra Energy, said in January that it planned to buy Actis' share in the project. It previously owned half through its subsidiary Controladora Sierra Juárez, while Actis had the other half through Cometa Energía and Saavi Energía. Actis formed Saavi af
