IEnova makes a deal for wind power JV

Mexican natural gas company IEnova said Tuesday that it reached a deal to acquire full control of the Energía Sierra Juárez wind power project from UK investor Actis for roughly $83 million, including debt. IEnova, a subsidiary of San Diego-based Sempra Energy, said in January that it planned to buy Actis' share in the project.
