Brazilian oil spill response company OceanPact moved BRL1.22 billion ($227 million) in its initial public offering (IPO) on Wednesday after pricing its shares at the low end of the target price range, according to a securities filing. OceanPact itself raised BRL920 million from the sale of 82.5 million shares in a primary offering and existing shareholders earned BRL300 million from the sale of 26.9 million shares in a secondary offering.
