Corsan, the state water company in Rio Grande do Sul, said Thursday it plans to issue BRL600 million ($111 million) worth of debentures in a four-part deal in the local market.
The Porto Alege-based utility said it could issue a total of BRL150 million in three- and five-year notes alongside BRL450 million in seven- and 10-year debentures, according to a securities filing.
