Mexico's Grupo Dasi, which operates a chain of sushi restaurants called Sushi Itto, said it has refinanced all of its outstanding bank debt with a new loan from Banco Actinver.
The 18-month loan for MXN135 million ($6.71 million) comes with a 12-month grace period and "will allow [Dasi] to improve its financing structure in the short and long term," the Mexico City-based company said in a securities filing.
