Chilean shopping mall operator Parque Arauco said it has sold a 49% stake in two shopping malls in Colombia for COP588 billion ($165 million) to an investment fund owned by the local division of Peru's Credicorp, a financial services company. The deal brings on the INMOVAL investment fund as a partner in the Parque La Colina mall in Bogotá and the Parque Caracolí mall in Floridablanca, Santander, with Parque Arauco holding the other 51%, the latter said in a press release.
