Barbados-based financial services conglomerate Sagicor Financial Corporation added $150 million to its 5.3% 2028 bonds on Wednesday, filling out the deal after orders peaked above $200 million, a source close to the deal told LatinFinance.
"Not well demanded as it is a relatively small company," the source said.
Sagicor priced the tap at 101.5 to yield 5.023% after opening the deal with the reoffer price around 101, according to the source.
