Getnet, a merchants payments platform owned by the Brazilian branch of Spanish bank Santander, said it is looking for a new CEO after Pedro Coutinho submitted his resignation.
Coutinho will step down as CEO on March 31 "as part of an organized and transparent succession plan," Getnet said in a securities filing on Tuesday. He joined the São Paulo-based company in 1997 and became CEO in 2014.
