Brazilian grains exporter Caramuru plans to make a second issue in a $150 million securitization program in the first half of next year after raising $40 million in a private placement with foreign investors, CEO Júlio César da Costa told LatinFinance on Wednesday.
"The amount should reach $100 million at the end of the first half of 2022, which means another $60 million should be raised. The rest will depend on market conditions," Costa said.
