Argentina said Friday that it has agreed to borrow as much as $200 million from two development banks to finance its COVID-19 vaccine program and expand its fiber optic network.
The country will borrow up to $100 million through a 25-year loan from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the fiber optic program, which is designed to increase access to the internet and digitalization, the government said.
