Banco de Chile plans to issue dollar-denominated notes in the international market, raising money to cover general corporate purposes, a source involved in the deal told LatinFinance on Wednesday.
The Santiago-based lender began calling investors on Wednesday, the source said. It has hired Bank of America, Citi, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan as joint bookrunners on the bond sale, the source added.
