International investors are predicting a sell-off in Chilean corporate bonds if left-wing candidate Gabriel Boric wins the run-off election for president on December 19, sources told LatinFinance.
"I expect the market to react badly in the beginning," said Laszlo Lueska, a partner and portfolio manager at São Paulo-based investment firm Octante Capital. "After the elections, it will all depend on what Boric will do after, or what he'll say if he wins."
