Brazilian oil and gas company 3R Petroleum said it moved BRL2.41 billion ($437 million) in a follow-on equity offering after pricing its shares at a discount, according to a securities filing on Thursday. The Rio de Janeiro-based company priced the shares at BRL33 each, compared to to the closing price of BRL34.54 on Wednesday. It shares fell 3.42% on Friday to end the week at BRL35.73.
