Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, or Bladex, has issued MXN3 billion ($139 million) in three-year bonds in the Mexican market and it does not plan to sell more peso-denominated notes before the end of the year, a source involved in the deal told LatinFinance on Monday.
