International investors hope a presidential run-off in Chile will result in a more balanced political landscape as far-right candidate José Antonio Kast and left-wing former student leader Gabriel Boric prepare to face off on December 19, Federico Kaune, head of emerging market debt markets at UBS Asset Management, told LatinFinance on Wednesday.
"You don't want to have one party, one view and one ideology dominating the whole country," Kaune said.
