Fonplata, the regional development bank for the Río de la Plata basin in South America, went to the Swiss bond market for the second time this year on Monday, raising CHF150 million ($164 million) in the sale of new notes, a source involved in the deal told LatinFinance. Fonplata priced the seven-year bonds at par to yield 0.975%, or 75 basis points over mid-swaps, with Credit Suisse as the sole bookrunner, the source said.
