Argentina is moving forward with talks for a new loan program with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), a key for the country to return to borrowing on international capital markets.
"The negotiation process is underway at the moment," President Alberto Fernández told reporters late Sunday in Glasgow, where he had arrived that night to attend the United Nations (UN) climate change conference COP26 after the G20 summit in Rome over the weekend.
