IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones, the biggest real estate firm in Argentina, plans to continue to sell assets to trim debt and finance new development projects as prospects for revenue growth brighten, CFO Matías Gaivironsky said late Wednesday.
"During the last year we sold a lot of square meters of offices," he said on a conference call with investment analysts. "This shows the liquidity of our portfolio. If we want to monetize, there is liquidity."
