Argentine credit card issuer Tarjeta Naranja said it raised ARS4.48 billion ($44.7 million) in a two-part deal in the local bond market to refinance short-term debt, according to a securities filing.
Tarjeta Naranja issued ARS4.05 billion in new one-year notes at the Badlar reference rate plus 5% and added ARS426 million to its 2023 bonds at a price above par, it said in the filing on Monday. The original 2023 bonds pay Badlar plus 7.24%. The Badlar currently stands at 34.25%.
