South American development bank CAF said it has committed $25 billion for environmental projects over five years, increasing the allocation for green financing to 40% by 2026.
"The institution also plans to strengthen the mobilization of third-party resources, such as the issuance of green bonds and green and climate funds," CAF said in a press release on Monday.
As a part of the new green strategy, CAF said it would provide $1 billion in financing for Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador and Panama to
