Brazilian healthcare group Rede D'Or São Luiz said it agreed to buy Hospital Aeroporto in the state of Bahia for BRL230 million ($41.9 million) in its 13th acquisition since an initial public offering (IPO) in December last year, according to a securities filing. The hospitalin Lauro de Freitas, about 15km from the state capital Salvador, has 85 beds, but Rede D'Or said it could expand capacity to 200 beds.
