Brazilian medical services firm Alliar has promoted Ricardo Lustosa to CEO less than five months after he joined the company, according to a securities filing on Friday.
Lustosa replaces Fernando Terni, who submitted his resignation on Thursday. The new CEO, who joined the company in May, will also remain the COO, Alliar said in the filing.
