Corficolombiana issued its first social bonds in the local market on Wednesday and raised COP500 billion ($133 million) in a two-part deal, according to information from the BVC stock exchange in Bogotá.
The Bogotá-based financial services firm priced COP100 billion in five-year notes at the IPC consumer price index plus 2.9% after opening the bidding at IPC plus 3% in a Dutch auction. It also priced COP400 billion in 12-year notes at IPC plus 4.15%, according to the BVC.
