Colombia plans to issue green bonds for the second time in the local market in the fourth quarter this year, the finance ministry confirmed on Wednesday.
According to a report from Bloomberg on Tuesday, César Arias, director of public credit at the finance ministry, said the government plans to issue at least COP650 billion ($173 million) in 10-year green bonds on October 27, although it could go as high as COP975 billion to meet demand.
