IEnova, the Mexican subsidiary of US energy company Sempra Energy, said it delisted its shares from the BMV stock exchange in Mexico City on October 15. IEnova had traded shares on the BMV since its initial public offering (IPO) in March 2013, but it said in December last year that it planned to leave the BMV as Sempra took full control of its Mexican subsidiary.
