Santander Chile completes trip to Swiss bond market

Santander Chile, a subsidiary of Spanish bank Santander, returned to the Swiss bond market on Tuesday with CHF190 million ($204 million) worth of five-year notes, a source involved in the deal told LatinFinance. Santander priced the 2026 notes at par to yield 0.2975%, or 60 basis points over mid-swaps. The Santiago-based lender initially planned to issue CHF100 million in bonds and out the initial price talk at around 60 basis points over mid-swaps, but it eventually added CHF90 million to deal
