Uruguay's ACI Airport Sudamérica plans to issue $260 million in new 13-year bonds next month to swap for outstanding notes that mature in November 2032, according to a source involved in the deal.
ACI has offered just a $1 premium for bondholders who tender their 6.875% 2032 notes by the early deadline on October 22. After that, it will trade the new 2034 bonds in an even swap until the final deadline on November 5.
